In the absence of the right approach or tangible support, a challenging business or personal landscape can result in feelings of isolation and overwhelm. Under stress, we're less creative and less capable of generating our own solutions.

Why Me?

As an ICF accredited coach, I'm able to use effective coaching tools and techniques. But more than that, I'm also able to draw on my own extensive executive experience of leading in complex, fast moving organisations.

It's not about telling leaders how it is or isn't done, however, having worked in a range businesses, I really understand the context of corporate leadership under pressure.  I will 'get it'.

Coaching really helped me as a leader and I get a lot of energy from using the skills I've learned to support leaders in pragmatic and practical ways today.

I coach across all leadership roles from CEO and COO to functional specialisms like Legal and IT.

How it works in practice

We'll first explore in a Strategy Session where you are now and what you're looking to achieve.  I'll then create a bespoke programme based on your objectives.

Through a series of coaching sessions I create a space to help you decompress and reflect on progress and the things that might be holding you back, or from performing even more strongly.

Using a calm, fun and authentic style I focus on your strengths whilst helping you generate new ideas and options for your own plans.  I'll help you identify what's working and what isn't and how you can be able to execute your own plans to step forward positively and confidently. 

Where appropriate we can use psychometric testing and 360-degree feedback tools like Hogan to enrich the process.
