The What Matters in Finance coaching framework is a practical approach for tackling the challenge of balancing the competing priorities of work, team and personal life.
Based on research with Finance Leaders, 9 key areas provide a comprehensive way to review and consider where challenges are being experienced and opportunities to improve can be identified.
The What Matters in Finance Workshop is an online development session conducted with senior Finance teams.
Through the course of about 2-3 hours Ollie will take your team on an engaging, interactive and thought provoking journey exploring what's going on in their world and what steps they could take to improve things.
Whilst sharing his leadership and coaching experiences, Ollie will set the scene for a reflective tour of the coaching framework providing multiple opportunities for your team to engage and take away areas for their own focus.
